A Cardio Snobs Workout Has Arrived!
I’ve devised a cardio snobs workout because I am a cardio snob. Sitting on a stationary bike like a hamster on a wheel holds no appeal for me. Wasting a half hour of my time on a daily basis just doesn’t fit into my schedule, either, even if I did indeed enjoying running. My knee hurts just thinking about it.
Anyway, the number one reason most women struggle to stay on track with a fitness program is TIME. Now I really do believe that at the end of the day, if we are truly honest with ourselves, time is an excuse just like anything else. But we certainly are good at convincing ourselves that it’s legitimate. And I’d like to point out that I am totally guilty of this myself. But I was aware of many women busier than me who wanted to get results, and as I bought into my own excuses, I started to need a program that was quick and would yield results. So how do you find the time to exercise and get everything else done? Good news for us all, the American College of Sports Medicine has found that more calories are burned in short high-intensity workouts than longer, lower-intensity aerobic workouts. Awesome!
