Accomplish Daily Exercise Easily, Without Rearranging Your Schedule

Are you skeptical? Do you doubt that it’s possible to do daily exercise without sacrificing time allocated to something else? I bet you aren’t aware that doing even five minutes of carefully selected daily exercises could truly make a difference in your weight loss endeavors.

I will tell you up front that my private training clients spend an hour per session with me. But we are trying to accomplish more than just weight loss. Relaxation, and flexibility are just two of the many side effects resulting from an hour of yoga and Pilates-based training.

Do you really need to exercise every day? No, not necessarily. But if you are like most people who INTEND to exercise yet weeks or even months go by, with barely any physical activity, then I recommend doing a little something DAILY. Because it’s better to ACTUALLY DO a teeny bit than to PLAN on spending an hour 3X a week and end up doing nothing. Which is what usually happens. Am I right?

So getting into the habit of doing even just five minutes first thing in the morning or whatever time is going to work for you (mornings are not so great for me) enables you to get into a groove, feel a sense of accomplishment and can even yield some results. And that is what is going to get you feeling better and doing MORE.

Now, of course, just five minutes of walking, for example, is not going to do much of anything for you. (See the article on Walking For Fat Loss) So when I say “carefully selected daily exercise”, you better know what’s going to be good.
