A Healthy Diet to Lose Weight : So simple really!

A healthy diet to lose weight is not so complex as the get-thin-quick scammers would have you believe. Yup, you guessed it. Whole foods. The ones nature intended you to eat. I know, I know, it's a bummer that kale doesn't taste more like cheetos. But, when it comes down to it, I'd much rather have vibrant health, beautiful skin, and a slim, sexy body instead of consuming larger quantities of junk food. Now, don't stand between me and my wine, or someone may get hurt. But, overall, I try to make healthy choices the majority of the time. If you are at 100%, well, I have to ask, what planet are you from? And, as a side note, why would you be on my website cuz obviously you don't need my advice!?!
