How to Lose Belly Fat
The following article on "How to Lose Belly Fat" is for a select group of people who have already lost a lot of weight and basically have that last bit of flab over the belly. Oh, who am I kidding? You clicked on this page so you want to read it, even if you still have 30 pounds to lose. And guess what? The advice is the same for both of you readers. As I always am, I'll be completely upfront with you and share something embarrassing about myself. I admit it, I do have some belly fat. Ever since I had the kids, I've had a little layer stuck round the midsection. Don't get me wrong, by most standards, I do look pretty good, especially for 35 year olds. (yikes!) Honestly, if I was more determined to be rid of it, I know how to lose belly fat. I just have been a little too tired (baby still doesn't sleep through the night!) and maybe just a little lazy. Sadly, I have a very nice six-pack discreetly hidden under a small layer of lard. But I'm not complaining because as I write this I'm having a piece of bread pudding for breakfast. Please do note that I made it from whole wheat bread. No High Fructose Corn Syrup. It's a conscious choice I made, to enjoy the holidays. The fact is, I do a lot of yoga and Pilates and I'm pretty happy with where I'm at. But if I were eager and motivated to reveal that six-pack, here's what I'd do: *Reduce my caloric intake slightly. Probably 300 calories a day which means I'd be... *Keeping a food journal and tracking what I eat then I'd *Bump up my exercise regimen. My body is pretty accustomed to the majority of exercises I'm teaching.
That means I'm not challenging the muscles to grow, which is where body transformation results. What specifically would I do? Check out

for some quick tips. And here's a couple more...I'd do squats and push-ups. Don't laugh. It sounds oversimplified, but I challenge you to actually do the few things I've said here and not get results.
