I've Failed!
Yep, it's true. While I had the best of intentions, I was leaving out at least half of what a proper weight loss regimen should entail. I was leaving TOO MUCH TO CHANCE and the willpower of my clients. Because while I was happily guiding them through great yoga-based training in omaha, my nutritional guidance was next to nothing. And let's face facts, when left to our own devices, too many bad choices taunt us. An overabundance of worthless and wrong information exists, too, which only compounds the problem. Even when you are trying your best, you may be on the wrong path that leads only to feelings of discouragement and an overall lack of tangible results. And while I'm being blatantly honest, I'll tell you something else...
This is embarrassing---
Sadly, this Omaha yoga lady is headed into her late thirties (EEK!) and I'm noticing disturbing changes. While I've always been thin (don't hate me!), all of a sudden, I was shocked to find a pudgy mid-section developing(don't laugh, you're so mean!). "Oh, great! THAT'S what women are looking for: A fat yoga trainer in omaha, specializing in weight loss!" (By the way, I have a sarcastic sense of humor, so if you don't appreciate that sort of thing, I am probably not the gal for you.)So while I've studied much yoga in omaha and other exercise methods, I recently dove headfirst into TONS of information and experimentation on diet and nutrition. If you know me at all, I am always reading and researching. I've managed to sift through a lot of bad, misleading and wrong "facts" and drill down to the simplest, healthiest, and most effective ways to incorporate exercise and nutrition into your life, resulting in (drum roll please)

One Other Issue I've Got to Address...TIME
So now I've got this fabulous program, but women are so strapped for time that it's increasingly difficult to offer yoga in Omaha in the traditional format. Trying to schedule an hour 3X/week between your schedule and mine, or driving to a studio or gym, and then what about travel, and the list of obstacles goes on...the kid's have a game, a last minute meeting. Transforming Your Body Can Be Done
Can you imagine how great it would be to feel energized throughout your day, instead of struggling to make it through? Wouldn't you be pleased with your toned, slim body? I know this phrase is overused, but still, if you believe it, you can achieve it. And I have found that some people will go through the motions, but in their mind, they can't envision being that slimmer, sexier version of themself.
