A Quick Weight Loss System That Works!
Quick weight loss system is really a very general term. I guess it would really all depend upon what you definition of “quick” is. (Wow, just had a little Bill Clinton flashback there!) When I think of this term, what I would really like it to cover, and I’ll be honest, I’m expecting a lot here, but I’d like to include “long-term” weight loss, too. Because I don’t know anyone who wishes to lose weight and totally doesn’t care about gaining it all back and then some. So, that’s why I’m saying, what is your definition of quick, because if you want some magical thing that is going to drop weight off you like a rock off a cliff, well, the body tends to not like that sort of drastic change, and kindof revolts at some point at the abuse. Not good. Getting away from the whole debate of “depends what your definition of is is”…I do have a quick weight loss system. And, it works. It goes something like this:

1. Eat Healthy Foods Most of the Time
OH, but once again, this is kindof sticky, because I have women tell me all the time that they “eat pretty healthy”. The sad truth is I am nearly always shocked at what they consider to be a
balanced healthy diet.
It isn’t. So you have to know what that means. I know, I know, enough with the definitions of terms! But, seriously folks, I can’t believe that many of you are still eating white bread, or plain wheat bread, which if you didn’t know, is mostly just white bread. Don’t get me wrong, on a rare occasion, I will have a slice of a high quality, European style loaf bread. But other than that, it’s 100% whole wheat, and honestly, the more reading I do, even that is not good for you. But let’s take it one step at a time. I don’t want to overwhelm you. I just want to drive home the point here. Do you REALLY know what eating healthy means?
2. Exercise
I’m well aware you may be rolling your eyes right now, saying something like, “WOW, I never thought of THAT!” accompanied by a sarcastic sneer. But, once again, it’s about having the knowledge and experience to guide you so you are doing productive exercise that will yield results quickly, and without a huge investment of your time. And I recommend not investing a lot of money on equipment either, unless you really want it. It’s not necessary. So do you know, or just think you know, about

that will really be effective in your quick weight loss system? More importantly, will you do it, and stick to it?
3. Quick Weight Loss System Super Charger: Accountability
This conversation has definitely taken a turn for the worst. Why? I’m about to reveal to you the one missing ingredient in most so-called quick weight loss systems. What’s that? Accountability. No one really likes to hear this, unless they are at that point where they can admit that they need help. Hey, I’m a normal (well, relatively) gal that likes chips and chocolate and cheap white wine. But I don’t indulge in them very often. OK, OK, you wrangled it out of me, I can live without the chips and chocolate if I had to, but I won’t give up my wine. This is where a lot of diet programs go horribly wrong. I expect you to give up a lot but I don’t expect you to live in agony and longing. It has to become a habit and a lifestyle. And that takes a discipline that most do not possess of their own free will. One thing you want to do is connect with your
dieting motivation.
It’s a process of give and take and deciding what can you live without so that you can achieve some other goals that mean more? That’s what I think a quick weight loss system entails. What do you think?
